The UGA Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) is responsible for ensuring that UGA complies with all applicable laws and policies regarding discrimination and harassment on the basis of an individual’s age, color, disability, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, sex, or veteran status.
The office administers the Non-Discrimination Anti-Harassment Policy and the Sexual Misconduct Policy, and houses the UGA Title IX Coordinator and the ADA / Section 504 Coordinator.
