The office administers the Non-Discrimination Anti-Harassment Policy and the Sexual Misconduct Policy, and houses the UGA Title IX Coordinator and the ADA / Section 504 Coordinator. EOO also administers the University’s Affirmative Action Plan for University employees and coordinates the Ombudsperson Program. The UGA EOO Director serves as the Title IX Coordinator, ADA / Section 504 Coordinator, and NDAH Officer.
