Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy - February 7, 2018 - 3 to 5 pm

An interactive, introductory course on the Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment (NDAH) Policy that explains the practical applications of the Policy what kind of conduct the Policy prohibits, the reporting responsibilities of University employees, and discusses case studies. Topics covered include: who and where the NDAH Policy applies; definitions of discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment; what to do if you have knowledge that discrimination or harassment is occurring; mandatory reporting obligations for persons in positions of authority; and EOO procedures for responding to and/or investigating complaints under the NDAH Policy. This course is recommended for all University employee and counts as an elective toward the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate.  To register, go to:
