On Monday, March 2, at 6:30 PM, The Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) is hosting an Open Dialogue on Sexual Consent. EOO invites the entire University Community – students, faculty and staff - to take this opportunity to ask questions, share information, and engage in dialogue about sexual consent. During the event you will learn general principles of giving and receiving sexual consent, when sexual consent cannot be given, how sexual consent is defined in UGA policies, and discuss realistic scenarios on whether consent has been given. Representatives from the EOO, UGA Health Center, UGA Police Department, Office of the Dean of Students, University Housing, and others will be available to address questions. The Dialogue will take place in Room 102 at the Miller Learning Center. We look forward to seeing you there. FIRST 100 ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A “CONSENT IS SEXY” T-SHIRT!
